Shortly after placing my order yesterday 08-14-22 at Round Table 1728 W. Olive Merced, CA 95348 I received a call from displaced... delivery driver in wrong town. I informed the driver with correct address but he never showed up. I called Rou..T. and was toldby Natalie it would be here in a few but never did. Today 08-15-22 I called Rou..T, asked to speak to a boss, I was given, TYLER(lead) to speak with. I shared the issue & asked 4 refund which he refused & I told him I'd b contacting corporate &disrespectfully he hung up while I was still speaking Tyler's empathic uncompassionate behavior was very disturbing along withhis condescending tone truly showed deficient maturity level. My favorite go to pizza place is round table. i'm not sure if they deserve the one star but they should take responsibility for... who they use to deliver. Door dash delivered and tried to hand me an open pizza box....it was about 5 inches open, but also hadstickers to keep it closed. I called the actual restaurant to order and they had door dash deliver. I refused the pizza becauseI would like my pizza hot and CLOSED when delivered.and if theres stickers they should keep the box closed it's for safety.. Iwas "refunded" but they aren't sure so I have to call after the weekend. Also the driver stayed in my drive way for way too longmy kids got scared and I had to go make them leave.
