Great sammich from this location. My preparer did a good job (not like the location on Childs), but a good job. Still tasted... just as I expected it would, just not as fat. My confusion came when I provided my digital coupon and this mythical creatureresembling a human appears and said, "we don't accept coupons!" Mythical in that this person was NO WHERE in the building priorto my entrance, standing behind two customers, one of which was ordering 5 foot longs, USING A COUPON!!!! So while I'm perplexedover this ghostly being, I didn't catch homegirl putting mayonnaise on my sammich, which I'm DEATHLY allergic to. She quicklymade me another sammich, and when asked if they do the point system, the employee, who made my sammich, nervously shook her headno. Was she being watched?! Was the place bugged?! I don't know people! Now you're all prolly wondering, "did you at least getyour free Birthday cookie?" No! Because they don't accept ANYTHING digital! WTFF? You may be asking, again, I-don't-know! I alsodon't know what happened to the mythical creature who interjected in my attempt to ask my sammich preparer about my app coupon.As mysteriously as this person appeared, she was gone. Or was she? Hence the nervousness behind ol' girl's response about thepoint system. The bathroom needed to be used as we purchase food. Will never step in your store again ever. You allow dirty hands touch all... over the place without using the bathroom to wash hands. GROSS! Read more
Would've given 0 stars if it were possible.. went in tonight(Thursday) to get food. The 1st lady that was helping me out was... nice and appropriate. I asked her if there was bacon since I ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and she cooked themwithout the bacon so I assumed she forgot or there was none with shortages and all that.. Then there was a younger taller femalewearing glasses who was helping with the order tells me "you don't have to be rude". All I did was ask a question in a normaltone of voice(maybe a little louder due to the barrier in between). Either way this lady definitely needs to learn a lot aboutcustomer service and how to talk to people just in general. Another thing which isn't really a biggie but the coupon situationis not great they only accept certain ones. No BOGO coupons. Total B.S. Read more
Nothing I like better than a good meatball and marinara sandwich. Today I got a 12 inch with provolone cheese. It was great. 6... inch for dinner and the rest for a snack tonight. Good meatballs and equally good sauce. Yum!. Will I go back.....damn right Iwill. Read more
