Do not DoorDash from this place. They always get my order wrong, like the past three times. I don?t mind the wait but jeezzzz... stop giving me random orders. I ordered a 8 piece bone in rn and when I opened it was just three chicken tenders ???????? Stopmaking me sad Wingstop ???? Read more
This place had bad customer service, the staff were around in the kitchen instead of attending orders. Not to mention that the... place was filthy. The wait time was extremely long, almpsy an hour waiting. I honestly do no recommend coming to this spot. Read more
I just had a pathetic experience at the store... The girl was horrible. She was in a call when i arrived, i politely waited... there for her to finish the call... But I was obviously the only one there waiting there at least five minutes, and as she'sfinishing the call a lady walks in as well and this horrible employee didn't even look at me and helps the lad without a wordsaid! Then finally looks at me and tells me to wait! Goes to the back where the kitchen is and starts doing tasks or I don'tknow what.. Finally comes in and asks me. I was only there for an online order! I was there for almost 15 minutes when it shouldhave been a 30 second interaction!!! What a horrible place, not only are there always issues with orders or drink machine, butthis employee just gave me a horrible ane just disgust of an experience! ???? 1 star because every time i come pickup an order you guys want me to fill your cups. Everytime i have to remind y'all that were... not allowed to fill drinks. I contacted the store to let them know I couldn't use the coupon that I had available. The girl didn't care and said I dont know... either. So, I sent an email to corporate and they never responded. I guess they do not care about their customers. Therefore, Iwill never purchase again from Wingstop. My son loved Wingstop and would purchase from here often. They lost a very valuablecustomer. This place was nice it's the only Wingstop in town.... The employees are fanstatic suggestive sells informed about all the ... products and items... The restaurant was packed at the time of arrival cause it was lunch time and that's always a really goodsign that the restaurants food is great and time efficient... The only problem I had was that the bathroom was a little dirtyand the soaps were mixed no paper towels and the trash was full... Also the soda machine was leaking and that's unsanitary itobviously needs service I will definitely recommend cause the food was awesome and it's the only Wingstop in town thank u to theemployees for knowing the products and being fast efficient Read more
