Good for stopping for take out when you don't feel like cooking.
This place is awful. Every week it's some new issue. A couple of weeks ago it was the drive-thru not working. It was taking 15... to 20 minutes or more waiting in line at the drive-thru. Today we spent $22 on 10 pieces of chicken that was so dry you couldbarely eat it. They must have cooked it yesterday or the day before. I think KFC is a lot better. It was a disappointing experience. First, it was difficult making my choice of meals for four. Once I ordered, I went to... window to pay and I was asked to park in the front and they would bring me the order. While I sat waiting the 5 minutes I wastold it would take, I watched others in the place. 10 minutes later, the people parked next to me went inside and came out witha big order. I had placed mu order before them. I then saw one of the employees go to the window of the car and took two orderback. I watched them rummage thru the bag. A few more minutes a young lady came out with a large order. The people next to merolled down their window. The lady came to my window. I asked her, "was my order/food in the other people's car?" Ordered a family meal of leg and thighs to go and ended up with 4 chicken strips instead. I went back to fix the order and had... me waiting minutes for the manager when no one else was there but me. I saw how filthy their work environment was and theemployees showed no initiative to fix my order because the manager was too busy and while I was waiting, one of them was ontheir phone. I ended getting a refund because of the poor hygenic environment and poor customer service. This happened 12/3/2022around 2 P.M. Read more
