Sonic's gonna do a number on these guys. This drive-in looks so old already. The kiosks if they're not out of order they're all... crooked. No attempt at even a slight paint job on the building and the entire staff looks dirty and tired. Best y'all to hopeyou never see the line cooks messing around behind the building either because you'll realize you never want to eat thereanymore. Half those kids there are known for being disgusting. Few months back saw them trying the milk crate challenge. Crazyto think what might be going on inside. You see the carhops handling money then touching food. Shame to think of what's going tohappen to this place once Sonic is built. And don't even think of window ordering. They will overcharge anytime they think theycan get away with it. Read more

I've compared Weslaco and Mercedes Stars, and Mercedes is friendlier, warmer, and they give a little extra. They're sweet... people. Read more
Visit 5/14/22 extremely disappointed. We ordered a real lime slush! Real lime not cherry nothing else. Girl said cherry limeade... no real lime like the picture! Nope still got a cherry lime slush. Not what I wanted. Grilled chicken salad,she asked withcheese no cheese please! A solid layer of cheese!!!! My husband ordered tatter tots plain! Guess what they came with cheese.Then we had to ask for straws.. no napkins of course that's nothing new. If you'd like to check the tickets it was 392.. so I'mnot gonna argue with someone to do there job especially when you have a menu to refer too and a ticket that you read. Whoeverwas taking orders doesn't pay attention to the customers. Won't be going back to stars.. what happens when someone is allergicto something they ask you not to put on! Let me tell you! The food gets thrown in the trash when they get home bravo $22 fornothing! Never again . Can't wait for new restaurants to be opened! Sorry but not sorry!!
