Always have to pull up to check our food when we get it. Recently I attempted to have food delivered, 4 different times and each... time it didn?t show up at all or it showed up an hour later than scheduled. The night it didn?t show up I ordered it for dinnerAnd we ordered it at 8:30 around 945 I called and they said they had no orders and they were closing so I had to throw togetherfood to feed 6 of my 7 children so all in all you?re better off handing them $30 and telling them to suprise you. Update:ordered through the drive through and they forgot some of my order per usual. So I asked them if I could come back and get thefood since I had my seven children +2 other children over and she told me they were closing in six minutes so what I said mychildren wasn?t her problem after arguing with her trying to be respectful she called me a bit*h. She said she was the managerand just started at the mercer location that day. I called and reported her even though I?ve been in the service industry for25+ years so I don?t like to complain but I?ve never been so disrespected in my life. Definitely garbage. DO BETTER!!!!!
