Always have to pull up to check our food when we get it. Recently I attempted to have food delivered, 4 different times and each... time it didn?t show up at all or it showed up an hour later than scheduled. The night it didn?t show up I ordered it for dinnerAnd we ordered it at 8:30 around 945 I called and they said they had no orders and they were closing so I had to throw togetherfood to feed 6 of my 7 children so all in all you?re better off handing them $30 and telling them to suprise you. Update:ordered through the drive through and they forgot some of my order per usual. So I asked them if I could come back and get thefood since I had my seven children +2 other children over and she told me they were closing in six minutes so what I said mychildren wasn?t her problem after arguing with her trying to be respectful she called me a bit*h. She said she was the managerand just started at the mercer location that day. I called and reported her even though I?ve been in the service industry for25+ years so I don?t like to complain but I?ve never been so disrespected in my life. Definitely garbage. DO BETTER!!!!! I Get food from here a couple times a month and it is usually pretty good for fast food. Every once in a while an order might be... wrong or the fries might be a little cold, but it happens no biggie. Read more
Very good value using the coupons that come in the mail... nice that the children's play area is open.. would definitely go... back....another local burger King just 6 miles away in the opposite direction has not opened their children's play area for somereason...!!!.. Read more
