Sheetz is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. There are 4 sheetz in probably 4 square miles of each other in Kittanning. They're doing... something right, always busy but there really is no competition. They have a monopoly on get in and get out. Which is a goodthing. Then it changes sometimes. Its hard to describe, but it tastes different. I dunno, it's sheetz. Well I just walked in about 15 minutes ago and tried to order, no they didn't seem too busy at all (saying as I work at a sheetz... and have seen what busy looks like). As I'm ordering workers start screaming to not order because they are slammed and if anyoneordered anything they threatened to shut register down. They consistently screw up the orders, especially if it was made using the app. I get it, y'all get busy and I understand that.... But forgetting appetizers, extra toppings or doubles, in which the customer pays out the rear for, is infuriating. The employeeswill sometimes even forget to put in the convenience items that you ordered and payed for, annoying. The establishment however,is a decent gas station, the employees can be really nice, there are a couple that are constantly rude. But most are nice, it'sbig and spacious, with loads of options to go with, they've got the fuel you need, smokes, drinks, chewing tobacco, you name it,even snacks. It's just, if you're going to order food, do it inside the store, they won't do things behind your back if yourpresent. So, feel free to stop there, it's good, but not great. Read more

Late in June got email. Buy gas on June 28 I believe. Get reduced rate. Then buy on July 5th get a ... fantastic reduction. Well Bought gas in Hermitage on the June date. Had terrible time getting card to work. Finally it did. Then on 5 July stopped in the Mercer store again card didn't want cooperate. Finally gave upwent inside. Megan came out s tried card retired several times. She figured it out pre paid on card then stayed withme getting a credit on card. Really disappointing to see so many people in the store without masks on despite the signs on the doors saying they're required.... At one point I counted five people without masks and the staff didn't say anything. Otherwise it was a typical Sheetz experiencewhich is good. Read more
