This restaurant is special. Went in the morning at 9AM and there are some 7-8 seniors who are sitting in the restaurant and... enjoying the bagels and having a great conversation. It's probably because of the place, but it felt good to see a community ofpeople enjoying food and talking to each other like it's 1990. Food wise too, really good. The usual standards were maintained.The restaurant got busy though and we had to wait for a few minutes more than expected to get our food. Read more

The gold standard of all Einstein Bagel shops. The place is always clean, the coffee is always fresh and available, and they?re... always in stock and never seem to run out. Not to mention the amazing and kind staff. I wish every Einstein Bagel shop was likethe one on Mercer Island. Read more

Best bagel shop around! The service is always fast and amazing! They treat their customers like family. Their coffee is the best... around as well and you get a free large coffee anytime you place an online order using their app. The vanilla hazelnut is thebest flavor and beats anything Starbucks has by leagues! I've been loving Einstein Bros bagels for a very long time. Nothing comes close to the excellent taste and quality. However, for... this location I feel like they don't listen to me. Each time I order the lox sandwich they offer a deal with a side, and I say"yes" only to discover later the to-go box only had the sandwich and no sides. This has happened at least twice (maybe 3 timesin the recent year or so). I trust the person handing the box to me that it's complete, and later discover it's incomplete whenit's too late. I admit, I need to start checking. But, today I was made fun of by the cashier that they "throw the chips atcustomers and that's why you have to hold your hands up near your face.." I know it's probably funny to someone, but I didn'tlike it. And of course got less than what I paid for. :( Read more

These bagels are the best bagels I have ever in my life. The freshest, the softest, the most tastiest. They almost just melt in... your mouth. I got busy at work. Ate another bagel 2hrs later, and it was still soft. As for the cream cheeses, another home run.Very spreadable and so flavorful. Read more

Edit: Original review 1 star. After writing my original review they reached out to me and apologized. The manager personally... called us to apologize and rectify the issue. They covered the tab next time we bought bagels there. Although the initialexperience was unpleasant, they the follow up interactions with them were good. They handled it well and rectified theissue. Original: Worse service ever. Ordered Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel. After waited for over 20 min, they gave us some cheesebagel with bunch of jalapenos thrown on it. When asked about it, we were told that the bagels we ordered were out of stock andthat we "have to adjust" with what was given. Will never ever spend money at this store again. At least they could have done wasto offer an apology. Instead they were so rude to us and behaved as if they were doing us a favor. Read more
