Worst McDonald's ever. It's like they do not even try to make the food correct. I've given them multiple chances and every... single time the food is either cold, burnt, or just completely incorrect. They have never gotten it right one time. This wastheir last chance to keep me as a customer and they failed miserably. The management needs to manage! Read more

Waited 10 minutes for nuggets that look like they had been sitting for about 10 hours, it was disgusting.
Got my order wrong as usual, ask for 2 value fries got 1 lg fry, sit at the pickup window trying to get the kids attention, I'm... sure he knew i was waiting there. Tapped on window and explained the order was wrong, was asked to pull ahead and he would bringthe fries out. I pulled up and sat waiting 15 minute's and finally had to go in and talk to the manager, who was very nice bythe way. Read more
This review is for the Mercersburg location. The last time we got a Hot Fudge Sundae there was fudge on the bottom and the top.... This time, there was just a little on top. There was also hardly any oreo in the Oreo McFlurry. It must depend on who is workingthat day, but there ought to be more consistency. Read more
Store was filthy...and the stop reminded me what I like about fast food... NOTHING! That crispy chicken sandwich looked NOTHING... like the advertisement!!
