Stoners on the Square is the perfect pub! It has exactly the atmosphere you expect for a quick sit down meal and maybe some... adult beverages. The draught list was very extensive. Cozy little place with a friendly atmosphere. Had the French Onion Soup and the Chili. The stock in the soup was rich and... flavorful. I like it a little less salty, but each to his own. The chili was meaty and thick, served with a side of sour creamand onions. The service was friendly and quick. Read more

My wife and I really enjoy the food here. It is our favorite restaurant in Mercersburg. It is a popular bar and restaurant with... the local residents. Even with a limited menu, the food here is very good. The burgers and sandwiches are some of the best inthe area. We've enjoyed their appetizers, especially their soup. The bar offers mixed alcoholic beverages, bottled and tap beer,including micro brewery beers. Unfortunately, I can't give them five stars because the service is extremely slow. It shouldn'ttake an hour to serve a hamburger. We have also noticed sometimes that it seems like it's hit or miss on the quality of thefood. Sometimes it's excellent, other times not so good. We visited here twice during our long weekend stay in Mersersburg. The staff are friendly and so are the locals. The food was... good and fresh. I had the Rueben sandwich and it was delicious. The draft beer selection was big for a small town place. If weare ever back in town again, we'll definitely stop here for a drink and appetizers. Read more
Met with friends for dinner. Good place for a get together. Food and beverages were good. Enjoyed their "Crab stuffed... Pretzel", Crab Cakes, 12 Oz Prim Rib. I have dined there a few times and definitely will go back. Read more
