Came in with my son to use the bathroom and get a cold brew. Headed to the bathroom first came out and a employee was... questioning my son who sat at a table and was waiting for me yo come out to order. She came up and asked him is he waiting forsomething and at that point I was walking out of the bathroom heard her and annswered. Got some dozen donuts ???? with butter pecan cold coffee ?? ????
Worst dunkin in the State of New Jersey. Made an order at the drive-thru had to park up because they mess up. Then waited an... extra 30 minutes until order finally arrived. Order was also missing two! items. The frozen coffee that I received first is nowa water down coffee. Never again! If I can give this a no star I would. I wish the personnel taking my order would listen to modifications. Do I have the option to modify my drink? Because every time... I ask for LESS sweetener or syrup it gets ignored. It?s enough to completely throw off my entire morning! Next time I will justgo to Starbucks. I?d rather pay a little more and get exactly what I asked for. Read more
Closes an hour earlier than they are scheduled. Abysmal service at night. There morning service is decent.
