Love panzarottis. This place sells the originals at the best price. But I wish the way the cheese was cooked was consistent. One... day its stringy and then the next its lumpy and a bit less flavorful. Got one of my orders wrong where I had to drive back andhave it fixed. Hit or a miss but mostly a hit. Everyone has their days. The lady behind the register can be a bit matter offactly. I have no problem with being direct but I could see how she can rub someone else the wrong way. Keep in mind this placeis busy every single day. There's barely any down time so I understand the hustle of this place. It could be stressful. Sooverall, I wouldn't base your experience off of a first impression. Give it a couple tries and you'll for sure be satisfied.Hope this review sounds fair. I still give them 4 stars. Read more

OMG!! NOBODY can serve a tastier panzarotti like Vincent's can. I remember waaaayyyyy back in the day when Vincent's "Pizza"... didn't even make pizzas yet. All they had was Tarantini panzarottis. But I was a teenager and I didn't know any better. I calledthem up and asked for a large cheese pizza and the lady who answered the phone said, "Sorry, but we don't have any pizza here."I laughed and said, "Well then it might be a good idea to change the name of your store to Vincent's Panzarottis." And she gotSOOOO mad at me, yelled at me for "prank calling" her and hung up on me. Lol. Then a few years later I still hadn't realizedthat Tarantini panzarottis meant that they came pre-made from the Tarantini factory. And I called the store asking if they put alittle extra sauce inside this time. And again...I got yelled at and hung up on. But I'm grown now and with information abouteverything literally at your fingertips...I've learned the difference between "Tarantini" panzarottis and other panzarottis thatare made "in-house". My wife and son have been going there for years. We sometimes drive from Delaware for their food. It's a great place to go to.

I called Vincent's Pizza to place a really big order last week. I was not paying attention and for some reason, my phone dialed... a Vincent's Pizza in Merchantville NJ instead of the Vincent's a few miles from where I live (in an entirely differentstate....). As you would expect, when I drove to my local pizzeria, the staff had no idea what I was talking about when I cameto pick-up order #43. It was then that I realized in my 30 plus years of experience ordering pizza, that they never issued order#'s for pickup - they just yell your last name. I ran outside and double checked my phone and to my horror, I saw a New Jerseyarea code and realized my mistake. I was faced with two choices: One - block the number and go into hiding forever, or Two -call in, admit my failure and apologize profusely. I hesitated for a second, then decided to get into my car to place the callin case there was yelling involved. There was no yelling. Instead, I was greeted by a kind "Hi, don't worry about it :) !!! ".Despite it being a busy 7:00 on a Saturday, the staff were kind and maintained composure. They insisted that the food would notgo to waste but I insisted on having the manager call me back so I could figure out how to pay the them. Even though the orderwas very large, the manager and business owner insisted that I not worry. They were just happy that in 40+ years of being inbusiness, someone actually called back to explain the mix up. It was then I knew I at least owed them an amazing review to saythe least. Situation resolved! Siri has been fired and a crisis has been averted. And probably Part 1 of a two part review, because after seeing some of the other great reviews on here, I really want to know how good forty years of experience in pizzamaking tastes :D Thank you Vincent's Pizza in Merchantville NJ! More like 3.5 stars. Ordered a cheesesteak on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The place wasn't busy to no surprise. Received the... sandwich in about 10 minutes and to be honest I've had better. Roll is fresh but the sandwich is lacking meat. Paid 7.96 for asteak sandwich with cheese whiz. Read more
