I?m writing today in regards to my recent visit to your shop in Meredith, NH. The ice cream served was awesome but I had concern... in regards to the service. The scooper was very rude and arrogant with me and the other customers before/after me. Sheoriginally refused to serve me at the inside window because I didn?t have a mask and she had no masks to offer. She thenreluctantly opened the outside window and served me there. Then, she was speaking in a very arrogant tone telling me ?don?t giveme an attitude? and ?your not the main show? amongst other things. She never said thank you or anything positive, and continuesto serve me in a negative light. She then went to say similar things to other customers and I was appalled by her behavior inthis tourist atmosphere. I wanted to alert corporate of her behavior that lost me as a customer and will damage the reputationof the brand as a whole. Very disappointed and will be sharing with other sources as well. Ben & Jerry's traveled to Thornton Nh for our wedding dessert. The communication, organization, and professionalism from the... organization in Meredith was excellent. We went for a tasting to pick four flavors and Liz was very welcoming and did a greatjob allowing us to try almost all of them and describing the flavoring. The night of the wedding went smooth. Liz came and setupright outside of the tent. The ice cream was a big hit and everyone loved this as a dessert!! We highly recommend using them foran alternative dessert or for any event! Read more
My party of 4 decided to get milkshakes instead of scoops. 4 different flavors and all of them were watery thin and only tasted... like milk. I was disappointed as I was trying the new marshmallow sky flavor for the first time and it really just tasted likeplain milk, no flavor at all. My husband got coffee buzz with butter pecan and there was a slight aftertaste of coffee in his.The consistency was like a melted milkshake, not thick at all. I also wish they wouldn't give out paper straws for somethinglike a milkshake, I get that it's for the environment but there's so many other alternatives that wouldn't disintegrate within 5minutes. I guess the upside to our shakes being thin is that we could drink it out of the cup after our straws fell apart. Read more
Enjoy visiting this Ben & Jerry?s every time in Meredith. Staff is fun and friendly. Ice cream delicious with lots of flavors... to choose from. I appreciate that they keep the shop extremely clean and are obviously doing everything to serve us safelyduring COVID-19. It has been so nice to be able to have a safe place to go this summer. Came here twice while we were camping up here. Ice cream was good every time, just wish the had the cookie sundae!
