I truly want to give this place 5 stars. But time to time some managers and employees have attitudes. Other times you can tell... the staff is slacking off by the cleanliness of the establishment. More often than not they are out of food I want to orderwhich is absolutely ridiculous. As a customer who really wants this place to stay in meriden, can you please tighten uo theship? (Update) this boston market seems to have turned the corner. They now are very very clean and have definitely picked upthere customer service abilities. Nothing to outlandish or extravagant but website was easy to use application easy to fill and had a great time there. Food is... good not my type or yearly eatery I'd prefer only on holidays for the type of meals they serve but they are great quality andthe experience is wholesome. Read more
Great food great price!! Best Boston Market in the state .I have been to all of them. This location is absolutely the best in... customer service, ask you about your dining experience ..The food is always tasty and fresh.They really care !!! Nice location, tried the new Crispy Chicken with Country Gravy dinner. Chicken was very tasty, I just wish there was larger... piece or maybe just 2 pieces, seemed a lot of money $9, for one small but very tasty piece of chicken and 2 sides. Service wasslow sometimes had to wait for a few minutes. Which was odd because it looked like the Manager and a District Manager wereseated 3 feet away, and never got up to help everytime I came up. ???? Read more
I went, ordered my meal, asked for mashed potatoes with gravy. Got home, found they forgot my husband's soup. They didn't... charge, so maybe they didn't hear me. So, I bought it. Got back home, found they forgot the gravy. Had to go back again. Wasthere 3 times, in 45 minutes. A little frustrating Read more
