I always loved coming here, the food is great and was probably one of my favorite places to eat and the other day we came and... they said they stopped carrying american cheese which was very very weird for a philly cheese steak place since that's the onlycheese I think of when I think of a philly cheese steak and that seems to be the norm. Love this places food, but the service from Jamaris was horrible! She gave me such an attitude and proceeded to talk about me to... a coworker right in front of me! I?m always puzzled when someone says, ?I don?t understand all these negative reviews?. Everyone?s experience is their own, and... not subject to another?s second-guessing them. It shows arrogance to do so, as if theirs is the only right way think, especiallywhen those questioning others?s experiences use anonymous names and have written very few reviews. Oh well, here is my ownreview of a not terrible, but not five star experience. $8.50 for a ?steak?, egg, cheese, peppers & mushroom mini grinder with alarge lemonade filled the void in my tummy for not a lot of money. It was ok. Just what one should expect from a food court ina mall, a Steakum sandwich. It was acceptable, and priced acceptably for where the outlet is. Read more
Seriously don?t understand why there are negative reviews for this place. It doesn?t make itself out to be anything fancy and... upscale, of course the ingredients are cheap, ITS IN A MALL FOOD COURT. Enough visits here to say they rip you off on ingredients, the tree cheese bacon was a 1 cheese no bacon no pickle. When I told... them they acted in shocked. Not the first time it happens. Just go to Subway if you ever cooked before you will realize they'rethin sliced ingredients are subpar. O and don't forget bland flavor only thing that pops is the advertising. Read more
The good is great! If course the cheesesteaks are delicious, but the Ultimate Fries were really good too! Everything was hot and... the lemonade here is some of the best around! The food court felt a bit loud and the debit card reader was a bit cringe (thepanhandlers special, where for a drink it'll ask to tip with no skip option... you know THAT kind ????)
