No hot chocolate I'm waiting 20. Minutes and he told me no have chocolate .
There coffee taste burnt, never add on extras to my drink when I'm paying for it and asked for it.
Great drinks of mocha,latte,coffee and more but overall customer service is amazing.

I went here some food and a drink I stood up front at the counter for 25 minutes and not one person said how can I help you.... Three people behind me were upset and left just like me. Poor management everyone continues to only focus on the drive threw. Imanage a resteraunt,and also my first job was as a shift leader at a dunkin!!! So I know this is not how u treat customers!!!! The food is good but the drinks are always disappointing. 1. The sweet tea gets unsweetened after just one sip. 2. They didn't... make the strawberry lemonade right. Gave us a dark pink drink that was not sweet, didn't look like the picture. 3. The regularlemonade tasted nasty. I honestly was surprised two nights ago with the customer service. The guy who took my order was cheerful, energetic and... helpful. Such a nice surprise especially with it being the end of shift and me coming in when they were getting ready to close.You don?t get service like that anymore. I just wish there was a tip jar.
