How do they manage to screw up iced tea? I went through the drive thru when it was not busy and asked for a SWEETENED iced tea... and to please add 2 pumps of blueberry syrup. They managed to give me a regular iced tea (meaning not sweetened) with whattasted like they glanced and the blueberry syrup before handing it to me. C'mon! Read more
So does no one know the recipes or???? I had a Grubhub order which was way too strong, too much espresso. I go the the store and... complain and I get too much milk which makes it a milky sweet hint of coffee drink. They should have the recipes for the smallerdrinks if they don?t know how to make it. For a place that ONLY DOES DRIVE THRU, the people working here are ALWAYS messing up the orders. AAAAAAAAAAALLWAYS!???? They... either forget the sugar, caramel, splenda, ect. The cream cheese on the bagle! Something! The owner needs to fire all of themand get NEW PEOPLE that know how to read, follow directions, know how to make someone's coffee the way it was told to them. I just love this drive thru dunkin. I always use the mobile ordering so I skip the line to pick up. My order is almost always... ready when I pull up and sometimes they even spot me ahead of time and have it waiting at the window, especially one young manwith glasses (shout out to him!).
