Still looking for my favorite burger joint. This was not it. My daughter actually enjoyed everything about it. To me the meat... was dry and slightly burnt. The fries were ok. The store was neat and clean. I will give the waterbury location a chance if theyever open. Read more
Quite a friendly place. All food is cooked to order. Nothing sits under heat lamps or in shelves like other places. I also... deliver for them (Grubhub & UberEats), and 5 guys is hands down the best restaurant for piping hot food that makes it all theway to the doorstep, so I highly recommend delivery orders from them. Burgers were too dry. Large fries is a joke, really, and they are way overpriced. This is what I got for 2 large fries.
When I got 5 guys in middletown it was a huge burger and a bag full of fries. I finally try this place and sure enough smaller... burger. Wayyyy less fries , and a hefty price tag of $17! For just a burger and fry. My kids happy meal from mcds weighed morethan my meal. My burger was burnt and dry :-( Read more
The food at this restaurant tastes amazing but be prepared for heart attack city! Also if you have an allergy to peanuts this is... not the place to go since there are penuts and shells all over. The service is great and helpful but, they are a bit pricey.The vibe of the place is very inviting and for the most part clean (except the above mentioned peanut shells). very easy tofind with plenty of parking.
