I ordered a two-piece meal Last Summer it was only a little over $5 and change I gave the guy a $20 at the window he handed his... hand out the window and folded the money and handed me a couple DIMES WITH A FEW BILLS. He said sorry about the change? when Iwent home put it on the table and as I put it on the table it opened up he shorted me $10. I contacted the company put in acomplaint, gave them my receipt number! even went back there they wouldn't open the window. He yelled through the window wereclosed I contacted them again they never called me back KFC if I wasn't praying man the words on here would be really bad! Colonel Sanders would be so ???? upset. The "made by hand" sign board drew our attention as we had a craving for fried chicken. We stopped in and was pleasantly... surprised. We each ordered their special combo with two sides. The taste and quality was better than expected. Crispy outsideand not too excessively oily throughout. Read more
I have NEVER had such poor service in my life. The lobby was not closed so I went in for 2 sandwiches to go, a simple order. One... customer was in front of me. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Finally, this person, who was alsofilling the first customer's order, came to the counter with the food. She then told me she'd be right back and went to preparemore ingredients. There were 5 other employees working. When my order was given, a different employee told me it would be 5minutes. As I waited, all of the employees consulted and discussed their schedule and then disappeared, with the exception ofthe woman at the drive thru window. One young man asked if my order had been taken. I said yes. After 7 or 8 minutes, I askedthe drive thru person if she could check on my order. Another woman came back and prepared the sandwiches with the chicken theyoung man had put in the oven as he spoke to me. No organization or communication. I felt completely ignored and unappreciated.Meanwhile, the lobby hadn't been cleaned so I am not sure what these people were being paid to do. Read more

went to KFC today 8/1... got 3 mac and cheese bowls, an order of fries and some biscuits. mac and cheese bowls with popcorn... chicken were so salty no one could eat em... Not sure whats goin on at this location but yes seasoning is a must but they wentway overboard, too Salty is never good. $30 wasted.. This location always messes up something... Read more
Food was decent, but it seems they didn't have a lot of items readily available, so there was a bit of a wait. Some people were... just hanging out in the restaurant, not eating, which was strange. Bathrooms were also locked and multiple people tried to usethem unsuccessfully. Read more
This is the WORST PLACE TO TRY TO GET LUNCH!! After they greeted me on the drive thru speaker they ignored me. I sat there for 4... minutes waiting and I had about 8 cars behind me. When I drove up to the window to tell them their speaker not working 2employee walked past me to go to the back and then another one came and filled his soda cup smirked at me and walked to theback. I honestly have never been so insulted. I was trying to buy lunch for 8 workers and I spent the whole hour waiting just tobe ignored I will absolutely never go back here and I hope everyone else that was in line complains at well those snotty kidsneed to either be reprimanded or fired. We placed an order online that was paid for and supposed to be ready by 9:45. We waited in the drive thru 5 minutes earlier and... sat there for about 12 minutes before driving up to the window and calling the store. They didn?t answer and finally came to thewindow to let us know they are ?out of everything since they closed early? and we had to contact customer service for a refund.The two employees didn?t apologize once and seemed annoyed that we were even there. Our order was sent to the restaurant so whydid we not receive a call or anything to let us know what was going on. If I could rate this location a zero I would.
