used to order from here alot,but stopped because quality started going down. Well this past Sunday was watching Dallas play, was... late, after close to 10pm i decided to order pizza. Sunday in Meriden its hard to find delivery that late. Came across PizzaExpress and saw they closed at 11.. Reluctantly called because of past food quality.. WELL pleasant suprise. The pizza wasamazing. Glad we gave it another shot.. Pizza arrived nice and hot. UPDATE:: ok ordered from here again on New Years Eve,ughhh... Definetly not even close to the first pizza. What is it with these Meriden restaurants? Never consistant in the qualityof their food. We also ordered some wings. no sauce or anything. They arrived shriveled up and hard as a rock. Delivery guyshowed up loud music and a bunch of people in the car being loud and dancing in the car. Yes it was New Years Eve so that part Icould understand. But the food was just bad. Read more
They were very busy when I called! Was put on hold for several Minutes before I hung up and ordered from slice! Got a plain... pizza and boneless chicken wings! The pizza was greasy and chewy! But had an ok flavor! The chicken was my real issue! It wasstraight grease! We were able to salvage a couple of pieces on top the rest was too greasy to eat! Would I order from hereagain!? ???? The experience is absolutely amazing. Small hub' delicious quality and flavorful slices. Inviting booths, great for a large... order and or perfect for a quick take out. Fries are awful. It?s like saturated in oil. No taste. The chicken just to much fat. Had steak grinder very oily and or fatty, ... probably not lean meat. I?m pretty much done with this place until I forget how it taste. Read more
Very poor. The pizza and everything was cold upon delivery. We ordered boneless wings and they were only chicken tenders cut in... half. I called and asked to speak to someone in charge and the person said I'm "I am in charge why are you calling". I expressedmy concern and they told me that's their version of boneless wings. Best pizza in the Meriden area (aside from Little Rendezvous and Kinsmen Brewing, but they're different styles of pizza) -... always our go to for a NY/CT style pie, with nicely browned bubbled cheesy finish. It's excellent, the staff are very friendlyand delivery is FAST. Anyone who doesn't give 5 stars is crazy. Read more
