I used to order from pizza heaven because of my 13 year old son. But because of one mistake of my cell phone going straight to... voicemail. I called the business to find out where was my pizza and after speaking to the lady she claimed that I was being rudeto her and that she was going to deliver my pizza and block my number so I will never order pizza from them again.. She did noteven try to attempt to apologize or to fix the issue. She tried to order me to stand by my phone and to make sure that it ischarged so when the driver's delivers the pizza my phone will ring what type of professional are you. I hope no one have to gothrough something like this again. This restaurant does make good pizza but a man or your that does not know how to conductherself make it look bad... Food is good but the lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. And I ordered the same thing for a whole year wings half bbq... the other half mild . All of a sudden I call today to order the same thing and they want to charge me for getting 2 diffrentsauces on my wings that?s the most pathetic thing to charge for . Not ordering anymore I?m good . First time ever ordering from here, because we live out of state. The delivery to the hotel was very fast and courteous. The... food was very hot, and delicious. The cook is awesome. He is super friendly and so is the owner. I haven't been there in person due to back surgery so I ask for... delivery. The delivery people are very nice and polite.
