I had a great time at Ruby Tuesdays today! They offered more menu options for fall, the croutons were on point (as always) and... the drinks were delicious. We had a very sweet lady, Lena, taking care of us - she ran the whole front end the entire time wewere there. She had a smile and was very pleasant throughout our visit. Food was good, but service was great!!! Food was hot and cooked as ordered. The cocktails were delicious, and Lena was attentive... and very pleasant. The experience overall was very good. There was no wait, and nothing was slow. Lena made sure we hadeverything we needed, and she did it with a smile! Ordered chicken carbonara and a hickory glazed salmon to go. Good thing I checked my order once in the car- carbonara was... missing peas. A female offered to have some peas added to it for me which I declined. She replied ? let me go get Patrick? andshe walked away. Patrick offered to remake it and I asked him how do I know it?s going be different. He took the first orderback which I don?t think he should have. He should?ve thrown in the trash or left it in my view until a new order was made. Itwas prepared quickly and quite frankly I didn?t trust it. Nonetheless, I took it and checked it and my mine would not allow meto eat it. This does not feel like fresh off the grill chicken to me. What makes a nice experience when entering a restaurant is how you are greeted and attended to. The moment we entered, ?Lena?... was welcoming and was very attentive to details, which we look for when we go to a restaurant. She was informative about thefood choices. We loved the salmon and broccoli which is what we eat often and will definitely come back for! The coconut shrimpappetizer is what we decided to try based on Lena?s recommendation and it was delicious!! Lena was quite busy but very efficientand made her rounds to customers both at the bar and within the restaurant! She is Excellent!! Read more
Food was much better than I expected, good potions for the price and service was acceptable considering the coverage on hand.... Staffing is tough on a Sunday with so few wanting to work these days. The menu was diverse enough for just about any taste withplenty of drink selections to choose from. Great fries by the way and the salad bar is refreshing with so few restaurantsoffering one. We arrived an hour before closing, not knowing the mall and restaurant close earlier than usual on saturdays?? That was... disappointing ,them closing 8 p.m. on a weekend Other than that, Our waitress was so so, more chipper with the old couple thenthe middle age couple spending lots of money The food made up for the unenthusiastic waitress and the early closing hours, andnot to mention the very welcome in host! He also made the visit a very good one. Our food was yummy, everything was cooked asordered and delicious. Could have been more than five pieces in the coconut shrimp appetizer however. And would have loved moresauce on the reds. The baked potato was awesome! My ribs fell off the bone, and my husband's steak was perfect with theportobello mushrooms on top. Amazing food and salad bar. I wish it was closer to me!! They've closed most Ruby's!!! I love Ruby's!! Yummmy!!
First, let me say that I have eaten at almost all the casual dining restaurants in this area. I have had some sort of bad... experience (ie bad food or bad service). We have been coming here every Friday and Saturday nights for dinner and haveexperienced excellent service from Lisa. Also, the food is completely phenomenal every time (get their rice is absolutelydelicious). They have a great drink specials just wished they would include chocolate martinis in the mix of drink specials. Thepricing is very affordable with a nicely diverse menu.
