I paid over $50 for 3 Burgers and 1 large fry on Door Dash just to receive 3 unseasoned, soggy, bun falling apart, sloppy wanna... be burgers, and a soggy ?large? fry in a kiddie size box. This wayback has fallen wayback to the dump. No thanks! And theyforgot my bbq sauce and only put 2 packets of ketchup in the bag! Read more
Well unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this place. It used to be my favorite burger place. Ever since Jake's... was taken out of its name and the new owners have taken over it is not worth going to. Recently I brought my family to give itanother chance. We walked in, nobody else was there. I ordered a burger, my fiance ordered a chicken ceasar salad. 32 minuteslater they give me our order. 32 minutes! And,,, of course a chicken ceasars salad with no chicken. I bring it up to them theyquickly throw what would equal maybe 3 chicken nuggets worth of supposed grilled chicken. This is a 10 dollar salad no less.The owners management and staff have no idea on how to cook or make the menu items, the owners and management also have no ideahow to run a business. This is our 2nd visit in row and checked other food items they got to offer. Loved the coffee mocha and chicken BLT . They... customized our order as our preferences such chicken made crispy. Chicken tenders were crispy and the batter it fired was tasty!Our food was served quickly and liked the fact they hand over the drinks first so that we enjoy waiting for food!! Staff wasfriendly ! Nothing special but a long wait after ordering. The (Rodeo) burger was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. The fries... definitely needed to be seasoned (I don't think they had anything on them). The shake was OK but if anything a little lumpy(the straw constantly was blocked). Main issue was that it took close to 30 minutes for the order to come out after ordering. Read more
WBB is actually a pretty solid lil chain I was surprised to find out. Came in late n felt bad about ordering but the employees... were nice n worked diligently. The burgers are a decent size and kinda remind me of shake shack but tbh I like these a littlebetter. This location was on point w/the overall execution of the food including sides (which could be larger for the price likeothers have said) was spot on. Very disappointed. We have been going to this location for years. Not sure what happened recently, but our visit tonight made... us where we will not visit again. Burgers were dry and charred. Fries were over cooked and our sons milkshake hardly tastedlike chocolate at all. In previous Visits, we would always make a point to stop at the counter on the way out to praise theemployees for such a delicious meal. Tonight was the first time we did not. Read more
