Couldn't seem to get my order right and by the time I ate it was cold.
The staff here in Payette always fill our orders accurately and always add what we request and the orders are so fresh and warm.
Drive through only. No dine in option. That makes it disappointing when three of our items were effectively missing toppings,... and we would have had to drive around all the way back through the drive through line in order to fix it, which would have takentoo long, probably another ten or fifteen minutes at least. Went to get food and Google states they're open, along with every other location. Their website doesn't indicate they're closed.... You get to the drive-thru and they had time to put up a sign stating they're closed and even had a recorded message stating assuch. A lot of good that does when I already traveled to get there. They have time for that but can't be bothered to updatetheir website or update their Google business profile to indicate the exception. Get your act together. The Blackberry Sundae here was better than the Pineapple Sundae that I got earlier this week from Dairy Queen on Overland, but... it did not live up toy expectations. I remember the days when the fruit was crushed and came in a heavy syrup. I am veryappreciative for the 15% military discount. Read more
Peak rush hour, EVERY other fast food place in Meridian is busy, and this place is ALWAYS closed. Unfortunately it?s located... miles away from any other place, so there are no options other than traffic. The dining area has been closed for nearly 3 years.Terrible ownership. They deserve to be put out of business. Will never ever waste the trip again! Read more
