blaze has a very unprofessional manager. as well as any other location gives adequate toppings. there?s never enough cheese, or... sauce, and especially not toppings. not worth the money. if you want blaze, just heat up some bread at home. Read more
I usually love Blaze but this location always skimps out on the toppings including the cheese? I had to ask them multiple times... to add more cheese which is mind blowing considering it?s a pizza. I would give 5 stars but I can?t because today I got disappointed. I come here pretty often & most of the employees are nice &... hardworking. Everytime I go, there is a girl with black hair that is just so lazy and won?t take the time to make the pizza lookgood. As you can see she put all the Sauce on the outside & only cheese on the inside. She could?ve took a few more seconds tomake it look better. Read more
Came in August 13th around 6:45 to this Blaze Pizza in Meridian Idaho with my family...ordered 4 pizzas and a cheesy bread . ... Food quality was good. But I watched an Employee/ Manager named Kevin rudely speak to a customer and then continue to berate andbelittle her to tears in front of a full restaurant of customers. I could not believe what I was watching and hearing. Therestaurant was busy but that was no reason that he should have lashed out and spoken to her like that. This guy if he is themanager is NOT management material if he gets that rattled when busy. She asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. She asked for a number for his boss and they gave her the number of another restaurant called Costa Vida. I know that I havealways had good service at our BlazePizza in North Las Vegas...but visiting this one in Meridian Idaho shocked me to the corethe way this customer was treated. I know we will never visit this individual restaurant again...because of the trauma of theincident I witnessed . Shame on you Blaze,,,,you definitely need to Do Better.! A disappointed customer. Excellent customer service. Workers know exactly what they are doing, the pizza is great quality and cooked to perfection. I'd... recommend a build-your-own pizza with a bunch of your favorite toppings added, custom made to your taste and preference. At theprice point and locations available, the quality is very difficult to surpass. Read more
Ok pizza. Disappointed. We came to the Meridian Idaho Blaze since we?ve gone to the franchise in Salt Lake and we loved it. The... people making the pizzas had to be told with every topping to add more. I had 6 toppings. I want to taste all 6 on every slice.As you can see in the picture there is two slices with only two little toppings. We won?t be coming here again. And we won?trecommend it. To bad too. Read more
