Imagine 3 people ordering food the same time same table. First person got their food and was half way finished before #2... person received their order. #3 diner finally received their order after waiting a bit. Have never been served that wayanywhere in my life. Kinda like dining alone. Server seemed complacent when I questioned why. I was told they serve when it isdone in the kitchen. So went to dinner with my family on 8/17/22. When we walk in there is not a person at the check in booth, no big deal. About 1... minute later a waitress walks over to the booth and looks down at something doesn't even acknowledge that we are even there andthen turns around and walks away. I understand that checking people in is not her job but to not say something like, "Hiwelcome in someone will be right with you" or something like that would have been just fine. When the lady checking us in cameback it was a very matter of fact conversation. There was a 15 min wait that I didn't understand because there was like 20tables open! I get that they were most likely under staffed but she didn't help and didn't explain. 4 or 5 tables got up andleft and they just stayed dirty because there was no one cleaning them off. Everyone that was at work was for sure all aboutthey have 1 job description and if doing something else came up they were not about to do it! That's just not how you move upin this world and not how I was raised. Anyway we sat ourselves in the bar and Isabel was one of the best waitresses we haveever had! She took great care of us and was super pleasant. The food was great and on time as well. Still left feeling likemost of the employees there just didn't want to be there and for sure were not going to do anything above and beyond what theyhad to. I really don't expect much and a few kind words and a little bit of pitching in and helping out coworkers would havemade all the difference in our dinner and I am sure many others that came to eat dinner. I can stay home and make dinner for myfamily for way less than 120 dollars. I go out so we can have a great experience and have someone else do the cooking. Thanks. Read more
Cat was our waitress and she was the best server I?ve ever had! The little details like writing on the receipt mean a lot. She... was the only server here at 3 on a Saturday and you wouldn?t even know because she was so on top of things. Food was great andso were the drinks! Cat and the bartender deserve raises!! I have to call it quits on BWW finally- at least for take out. 2 doordashes and one in person pick up and all 3 times something... is missing. At least 2 items. Today it was 3?.AND I added a picture of the amount of sauce they gave. Sometimes missing sauce,sometimes missing sides. Always annoying. Read more
My last visit was so disappointing. Though our server was wonderful, the food quality had taken a turn for the worse except for... the garden salad. Here is the breakdown: Garden salad: good! Fries: Awful. Over cooked, barely warm and extremely dry andchewy. Boneless chicken wings with medium heat wing sauce: not tossed in sause but drenched in the sauce and the boneless wingwas barely warm. So sad to experience this lack luster meal. Read more
I will most likely never return to this restaurant again.. I understand that they were probably understaffed however I didn?t... have a good experience there . It?s not an excuse to ignore your customer and give bad service. I ordered some wings for takeoutand couple other items the front guy was nice. Said it would be a 20 minute wait or so, then I went to the bar to see aboutgetting something to drink while I wait. Well I stood there for about 10 minutes and the couple of servers that I saw werechatting by the computers and going back and forth but never once said to me that they?d be there to help me not even a greetingnothing just ignored me. I was looking around and there was hardly any customers there and the place was just a mess. Any wayafter waiting I walked back up to the front and waited for my food. I said something about nobody acknowledging me at the bar tothe man that brought my order but he didn?t seem to care. So here I am giving your restaurant a not so good review. Came in tonight as a family. We use to love this Buffalo Wild Wings atmosphere. But tonight left a bad taste in my mouth.... Nicole was our waitress. It took 20 mins to if have her come ask us what we wanted for drinks. So we placed our order at thesame time. The food came out very fast and fresh so that was great. However within 15 min of eating Nicole brought us ourreceipt and walked off. She never asked if we needed anything not even a box. I wanted to have another beer but my family and iwas so annoyed we just paid and left. The worse part was it wasn?t even busy and we watched Nicole joke around and serve othertables quite well.
