Out of 4 workers (only 1 of which was working in the back stocking food) one of your employees was actively helping customers.... He was also the only one who addressed me to let me know that he could be with me as soon as he could. Two other workers stoodaround and did not help at all. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes to get a burrito Liam was wonderful, busting his butt. Have this location a second chance after a terrible last experience. Ordered a burrito enchilada style and it came dry and... uncheesed as a bone (see picture). Lettuce on the side is half spoiled. Up your game Cafe Rio at the Village, this is striketwo. Read more

Most locations are really good but this new one needs a bit more work still. Rice in my burrito was not even cooked so it was... still crunchy. Soda was straight syrup and way too sweet. Went through drive through. I feel it was very overpriced as 3 burritos and 3 drinks came to $45. Associate asked me to go park... even though nobody was behind me, which was fine, I was understanding. When they brought me my food they forgot the drinks,limes, and tomatillo ranch that I specifically ordered and asked for. Associate went in and grabbed the drinks and brought themout to me. I went back through the drive through for the limes and tomatillo ranch. They wanted to charge me for the ranch andas I got my Apple Pay ready their system froze. She was sassy to me about her system freezing and not being able to charge me.So they gave it to me free. Which I appreciated. When I got all the way back to my hotel room I noticed they didn?t give me anynapkins or any kind of utensils. We had Cafe Rio cater for a recent company Summer Picnic & I can honestly say Andrew and his entire team at the Village went... above and beyond! We ordered a meal to feed 50 people and not one thing was missed! They made sure we had everything we neededto make our company meal a success and I could not be happier with the experience we had! This place has great food. Service in the drive through is 4/5 and they forgot to give us guacamole and charged us for it on... both of our burritos. Otherwise very happy withe the experience. Speed if service and quality of food were both great. Read more
