Will never buy from this location ever again. Employees beyond rude. No customers at all. I had pre ordered for afternoon... pickup. And they had made the Pizza hours before requested pickup. It was all a joke to the Employees. They would not evengive me a receipt. The employee crumpled it in front of me threw it in the trash, turned and walked to the back. I guess y'alldon't need customers ???????????? I read through all the other reviews and it seems that the only reviews you respond to arethe 5 stars. It's only Idaho Pizza for us now. Pizza is almost always delicious but they're SLOW. If you need food within an hour order from someone else. We ordered tonight... with an arrival time of 5:15. It is now 5 to 6 and they still aren't here. When we called they couldn't even give us an ETA. Read more
I absolutely love the pizza and the friendly customer service! The personal pizza is perfect for a child (9 years old), and the... two large pizzas were more than plenty for five people! Highly recommend the deep dish but don’t shy from their thin crust.really can’t go wrong with either! Coming from a Chicago native, I must say they even nailed the sauce! Keep up the greatwork!! Always amazing service, the food is always amazing, and the inside of the building is very nice to look at and is comfortable .... They have 4 tvs, beer, amazing pizza, breadsticks, pastas, and they have a salad bar. Read more
My family and I usually come here, I love pizza so I've tried almost all near by pizza places. My ,4 and 6yr old, picky... daughters devour their personal sized pizza here, when they usually eat a quarter of a personal dish anywhere else. I love theirjalapeño pizza. They also have a nice salad bar. The staff is really nice and patient, my daughters are pretty loud and Iappreciate that. Read more
Used their online service to order pizza, they apply a service fee to online orders yay! So the order said ready for pick up at... 5:13, I arrive and am told pizzas haven't been made will be 15 minutes, okay I can live with that. Employee comes out says wegot your order wrong, added a topping you wanted removed and removed a different topping, if you'll take it you can have a freesoda or brownie or I can make it again (another 15 minutes) which meant the other pizzas would sit and get soggy crust.
