We LOVE Cinnaholic! Our 3 year-old has a severe egg allergy, and it is so hard to find good baked desserts that are safe for... her. We discovered Cinnaholic back in 2019 and ordered a birthday "cake" for her first birthday, and we have loved them eversince. We recently ordered half a dozen to send with her to school to celebrate her fourth birthday, and they turned out asamazing as always. We love the vast variety of toppings and icings available, and every single one we've ever tried has tastedincredible. Whenever we order fruit toppings, it has always been super fresh. And although the icing tends to melt off the rollsif left for too long, it is absolutely delicious and I honestly can't even tell it's vegan by the taste. The staff has alwaysbeen friendly, helpful, and efficient with our orders. I also appreciate the affordability, which has really influenced us toenjoy it more frequently. Tucked away in the fancy, glamourous Village (outdoor shopping mall decked out with Christmas scenery and lights at this time of... year), you'll find this plant-based bakery that provides a variety of tempting cinnamon rolls that would give non-vegan rolls arun for their money. POSITIVES: The ambiance is very modern and inviting. It feels much like a donut shop at first, with acounter/register and a simple glass display of a handful of their creations. The customer has the liberty to build-your-ownrolls from an abundant list of toppings and frosting options. They also provide a sizable menu of pre-created options, withdiverse yet complementary toppings. Doesn't matter whether you are a fruit or chocolate lover, they'll hook you up. They alsohave edible cookie dough, and a MASSIVE brownie, not to mention other treats in case you're not feeling a cinnamonroll. NEGATIVES: to an extent, looks can be quite deceiving. The toppings/frosting were the saving grace, as the cinnamon rollitself was quite bland. The portion size overall was big, but the ratio of roll-to-toppings was nonproportional, with theaverage quality cinnamon roll outweighing the frosting and toppings. It is a bit on the expensive side, and while you get quitethe special treatment due to providing vegan-friendly options, the taste doesn't necessarily redeem it. VERDICT: it was decent,worth a shot on a date night. The elaborate designs on these rolls and customizable toppings are quite the "eye candy". I was in town and looking for a vegan bakery. I drove from Garden City to get these for my host. I had trouble finding the... place, called and got directions then had the goods delivered to my car. Big thank you! Here was the response when asked howthey were: "They had a really good texture and just the right level of cinnamon flavor. Appropriately gooey centers. Not greeted, waited 30 minutes for my online order that was never ready when it was supposed to be. Only good thing was the one... employee who had great customer service, manager walked in while I was waiting and asked me to leave because I had my dogs,which I understood but I did not appreciate that it took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me because I had been waiting inthe store just to pick up an online order.
