I live in the Midwest and was able to order delivery for family living in the area. There were 10 items ordered with some... dietary customizations, and Costa Vida Meridian handled it correctly. Delivery was timely for a Friday night and all items wereincluded! I?m so appreciative! Shoutout to Nina for her excellent customer service! Reasonable expectation, buy an entree it includes a selection of fresh condiments like lettuce, pico, salsa. Guacamole costs... extra. Imagine my surprise to find that pico now costs 50 cents and salsa for my Quesadilla costs a dollar. And, the prices notposted. Are you kidding me?? 12 dollars isn't over priced enough, now you are nickel and diming pico and salsa? Sad! I enjoy theSteak Quesadilla, but that is absurd, won't be coming back! Read more

We had a very poor experience at this location. We ordered online for 8 people, over the weekend. It stated our food would be... ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived to pick up our order, it was still not done and we waited an additional 30 minutes in thelobby. Upon returning home with our order, we found several of our orders were wrong, as well as cold. The sauce we were givenwas extremely hot and ruined most of our entrees, as it was almost unbearable to eat. I tried to call the manager that evening,but the phone rang and rang. I, once again, called the next day and STILL no one would answer. I was VERY disappointed andwould never recommend this location to anyone. Read more
The self serve concept works well with this type of food. Fast, efficient, and reasonable price. The employees are pleasant... and access is easy. Recommend for a quick lunch stop. Much better than drive thru fast food. Read more

It gave me the feeling of mixing BBQ flavored dishes withChipotle Style Burritos. (Since I Ordered a Burrito, lol.) The food was really good though, and I would recommend this place toeveryone.
