Pretty dissatisfied with my recent visit to Dickies. I placed a lunch order for my work, about 8 sandwiches and sides all with... pickles and onions. I showed up to pick up the order and asked the girl who handed me my order if I could get a receipt just soI could check and make sure I got everything as to not forget any of my coworkers lunches. I asked her directly for my receipt,as there was really no one else in the restaurant, and she completely ignored it and walked away. I was kind of shocked as iasked her kindly and directly. Anyways, I pulled up the receipt on my phone and thankfully all of my sandwiches were there.However, once I brought the food back to work, all of the sandwiches were without the requested pickles and onions, which pairedwith an already dry sandwich was very disappointing. In September we had family come in from Texas. And I decided to have a family dinner over 30 people came. I had enough to do... with getting the house ready and trying to make sure that we could either eat outside or inside depending on what the weatherwas going to do those wonderful people at Dickey?s Oh my gosh, they cooked up a mess of ribs like you would not believe andabsolutely delicious. And tender everyone commented on how much meat was on those ribs what was nice is that we had some withsauce, and then we had some that didn?t, and we were able to put our own of the two types of sauce that was offered for us theoriginal and spicy. We had the barbecue beans and also the Caesar salads everyone ate until they were full and I even hadenough left over to send some home with everybody who was here they made it wonderful night. Stay far away from this place. Disgusting cold hard food. We got home brisket was hard and WHITE. Soggy green beans whole thing... was a waste. Called management said they would refund our order and never did. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. We had to throwaway our entire dinner. Read more

I had the new brisket beer cheese and chilli fries. The cheese itself was fire!!!! Delicious! However I was really disappointed... to find out that the brisket was "cooked" with the chili. I thought there was going to be bits of brisket. The chilli was goodbut had no brisket flavor. The brisket that was found in the chilli was too small to even notice. I order from dickeys often. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've ordered food for pick-up I've had to go back. Each time they... forgot to send me everything I ordered. It is very frustrating to have the employees tell me everything is there and my order iscomplete only to get home and find out I'm missing SEVERAL items in my order. I have a large family so I usually order 2 or moreof the XL packs. Each time I spend well over $100 dollars and didn't get everything I ordered. I work in the restaurant industryand have tried to let it be but it has happened too many times now. Management has usually offered their apologies but seems nota whole lot changes.
