Usually this location is incredible, even with a line around the curb drinks are made fast well and they have excellent customer... service. My visit today disappointed me quite a bit. I asked for two of the exact same drinks in a small size and a third drinkalso in a small size. I was charged for a medium drink and one small drink. Accidents happen and I understood paid for my thirddrink without them fixing the error on their end and had them make it. The nice lady at the window handed me all three drinkswhile the medium poured all over the drink carrier and into one of the smaller drinks. I've been going to the same Dutch on theway to or from work for the last 2 and 1/2 years and all of the staff seems new. I've had worse experiences, and the morningcrew here is great- but I wouldn't recommend heading here past 3 pm. Read more
Not a good location. If you use the walk up window they don?t even acknowledge you, then you have to wait for one of the guys... outside to take your order so putting you at the end of the line that got longer as you stood there. Read more
