Worst customer service ever. No greeting or even a smile. Employees lack communication with one another. Waited 30 minutes for 3... root beer floats and a smoothie. When we asked about our order they then gave us our floats that had been waiting there and thenother employees started making more floats when we were just waiting for smoothie. (Lack of communication) teens were juststanding around, trash was everywhere. Need someone in there with more experience to get things moving in there nicely. Although I deeply respect the longevity and history of this business, food items outside of ice cream and shakes needs to... improve. My initial bite into the cheeseburger tasted like peanut shells (though I am certain peanut oil was not used). It painsme to think that I have had better flavor and experiences with national chains. There were 5 or 6 people working. There was one other couple dining inside . Every table was dirty the bar was dirty so we ate... outside at a dirty table. The bathroom was also dirty and littered with little scraps of toilet paper. The kid running the drivethrough was on his phone as was another young gal on her phone. both had gloves on , touching their phones and then handing foodout. However the gal that took our order was extremely friendly and it appeared she was trying to keep the place going. Hername was Megan I believe. The cook was also working hard. Also pricing not clear unless it was in fine print . If you order acombo meal with one of their flavored soft drinks it's an extra dollar. Second time there they forgot the bacon on our bacon cheeseburger first time they forgot the double patty on the double... cheeseburger. Called and informed them both times so they could better there staffing attention to detail. I never ask but alsowas never offered the difference back in change. Bacon is more money and so is the a extra patty which I paid for and nevergotten never off compensation. I took it as a oops the first this second time was my bad I won't go through they drive throughagain. Bummer I like there shakes. They must be doing ok to not care about customers and service.
