Over priced. I ordered delivery, the rolls were MUCH smaller than expecting for 8$ each. The Indian pancake was delicious, sauce... ok. Tomago was also very good, would recommend. The peanut avocado roll was ok. the spicy white ribs roll has a bad texture ofthe fish- very processed, like from a can. the wonton soup broth was fantastic, however the wonton wrappers were a little soft(maybe from being delivered/ time in broth) but the middle was inedible: tasted old and chewy in a bad way. Fun hibachi style place. Food was tasty and service was excellent and entertaining. We had 3 people with birthdays in our party... of 10, and they were sung too and got special dessert. One thing I would add is a comment about the seating arrangement. 3 ofour 10 guests were pretty isolated from the chef and the rest of our party. This was fun place. We asked for gluten free and they cooked our entire meal for all 10 of us gluten free on a clean grill in... front of us. Everyone enjoyed there meal and my daughter got an ice cream with a candle for her birthday. They were very carefuland checked everything to be sure it was gluten free before they gave it to us. It’s a fun place to celebrate a birthday, we sat were they cook & entertain you. Some us had sushi and some had food cooked in... front of us. Both were delicious, the service is always good . My 4 yr old nephew calls it the whale restaurant he enjoy thewhite rice and the waitstaff knows him. Even though they brought my niece a birthday dessert we were allowed to bring our owncake. We love Izumi's for ????Birthday Celebrations!???? Great food we watched being prepared on the Grill in front of us by an... amazing grill chef with a superb sense of humor! He was super talented and put on a fun show, too. Everyone loved trying tocatch the food in their mouth he tossed! It was all delicious, especially the Filet Mignon! The Shrimp and Chicken is allsuperb! We've tried it all and live it every time! Last time we came it was for my daughter's birthday ???? and she had 2 ofher children, a few friends and several siblings with their children plus Grandma & Grandpa, so we had a large group. I've been wanting to try this place for years now & I thought a girl's night out would be the perfect time to try them out. I... have to say if you are going here JUST for the food no drinks, not banking on great service than you'll love this place. Thefood alone was a 10/10 I got the Poke bowl & my best friend for the fire kiss roll & both were amazing. But when it came came tothe cocktails...absolutely a disappointment the elderflower liqueur which was in 75% of their cocktails they were out of. Beforewe knew this we ordered a drink that was suppose to have it & they made the cocktail as is...missing that flavor.... From theindustry IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT RIGHT...DO NOT MAKE IT AT ALL. I think we ended up sending back 2 drinks that were totallyundrinkable (& believe me...I can drink almost anything) one we just suffered through. I'm totally willing to get a job just tohelp train the bar staff. The service... Now when we told her we didn't like stuff she would just walk away (not fix theproblem), which I did notice she seemed to be all over the place & not just a section so I do understand how it can beoverwhelming but still make sure if the guest doesn't like something take it away & get something new. This place has some of the best sea food and sushi I have ever had. The deep sea bass and the salmon roll was just to die for.... The experience me and my family had at this place was very good. The food, the waiters, and Staff was one of the best places toeat I have been to. The hibachi food there was off the charts. Definitely would recommend. Read more
