lady at the drive through was EXTREMELY rude. charged us for 2 shakes and when we said we only ordered 1 she took the shake back... but still charged us for it. she is terrible at customer service and should not be working in it. Read more

I was largely impressed. Greasy as expected, chicken nuggies had large chunks of gristle in about half of the individual... nuggets. A very friendly staff member courteously served us our fast food and we were on pur way in minutes. Read more

Ordered through the app so I could swing by quickly and pick up my order. There was no one working. No signs said open or... closed. The store should have been open according to the hours posted on the door. The place was just a ghost town. I paidthrough the app with no way to dispute the charge and no one is answering the phone a day later. Yep. I love adding tasks to myto-do list, especially for fast food. Read more

Worst location possible. Rudest staff ive ever delt with. Dashers and customers treated terrible. Waited over an hour after... order was confirmed to be told they didn't actually have it. Guy behind me lost his mind and oil pan to their drive throughdivider after waiting to order and being told they are only doing delivery orders. Don't go here! More importantly stay awayfrom any Jack in the box in the entire boise, meridian, Kuna, Caldwell, eagle area as they are all terrible. Read more

I drove through the drive-thru, waited like 20 minutes just to get through the line and I understand that when you are busy.... When I ordered they rushed me through everything. I had ordered a number one and a dessert. When I got my food I had only myfries. That?s it. And when I try to even call literally no one answered the phone. Worst place to go Read more

Left a review before about the store closing hours before they have posted. This is the second time I've ordered off the app and... gone to the store and it's closed already. If you're going to close early at least turn your mobile orders off. This is beyondfrustrating. Especially having to pay twice tonight to get a meal. Might start driving to further location at least I'll getwhat I paid for then. Read more

Ok. I get it. Working at a fast food restaurant isn't the glory job but, when I ask for extra pickles on a burger and a side of... mayo and get a side of mustard and no pickles.......is it that hard!!!???? I do not recommend this place at all!!! Lazy peopleand bad food!! Stay away and get a hot dog off the roller next door at the gas station. At least you get what you ordered. Iwish I could put a negative score but can't leave less than a one star rating. Read more

Update! - I left my original review about six months ago. Went back again tonight. Same stuff different day. Couldn?t even get a... receipt this time because they said they?re not available. And when I let the manager know that I receive less than satisfactorycustomer service her only response was she is being as nice as she can be. I do love Jack-in-the-Box food but this restaurantmakes me not want to eat Jack-in-the-Box ever again. This location has continuously had very poor customer service. In theDrive through I have never been greeted with a hi how are you doing only go ahead and order and even that sometimes takes acouple of minutes. Today was the worst though. I went in to order a double bacon breakfast sandwich and a breakfast jack. Thefirst time the employee rang me up it was for a double bacon cheeseburger and a jumbo jack. The only reason that got noticed wasthe cost was about $5 more than I expected. I then showed them the item I wanted in their app and that I was ordering breakfastnot lunch so a breakfast jack not a jumbo jack. We?ll they got the second part right. However when I looked at my receipt theystill had the first item wrong. When I pointed this out the employee they asked how much do I need to refund you. Since I don?twork there and I?m not familiar with their pricing I had no idea. I asked her to start to figure it out but then she needed tocall someone over for help. In frustration I just said whatever give me what I paid for and left. I now sit here at home with ahalf a sandwich that I don?t wanna eat because I?m too full. Unfortunately this is the closest place to me when I need a quicksnack so I will probably go back but begrudgingly. Read more
