I'm only leaving this review out of pure astonishment to the consistency of this location. I have avoided coming to this... location as much as possible for at least the past six months. I have waited up to 25 minutes in the drive through and beengiven the wrong order more times than not. I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say this but I would say it's a safe assessmentto claim that they have passed the 50% threshold of giving me an order that is completely wrong or missing items. Against mybetter judgement, I stopped by on my way to work this morning. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown. I received two hashbrowns. Not a big deal being the employee was very friendly in that aspect. However, one could say it's a big deal in the sensethat either it feels as if they may be running the worst store in the valley or they have kept their amazingly inaccurate orderfulfillment running at an astoundingly high level for at least a solid two years. If you're a betting person, take a gamble.Pull up to the drive through with a friend and make a bet that the order will not be correct in one way or another ???? Love ordering a large drink but get a medium instead. Come on, guys. Fill the cup up. The dome should be the whipped cream and... the drink should be just below the rim. But here, the whipped cream is below the rim. I've been drinking beverages my wholelife. I consider myself a professional. But it looks like you all could use some more training. Dutch Bros can teach you; whichis crazy cuz McDonald's have been around a lot longer than them. Read more
The food was hot which is rare for a McDonald?s, at least for me. My husband ordered some type of donut and when we were walking... back to our hotel, an employee ran to catch up to us just to give us the donut we had forgotten. That was excellent customerservice and I appreciate him for that. If you want good customer service and hot food, this McDonald?s location is the one to goto. Read more
This McDonald's was very dirty and it is coupled with a gas station which I never find appealing. Combos like this strike me as... cheap and dirty, cut-rate and never seem to be taken care of quite as nice as a stand-alone facility Over 50% of the tableswere dirty floors were dirty and there was nowhere clean to sit. We watched a single mom with several children come in and haveto clean the space before she would sit her children down and go make an order. Well, the food was good the service behind thecounter was poor except for the manager he was moving like he had a purpose and had a smile on his face so that was good tosee. But overall this was a very dirty unpleasant McDonald's to visit. Read more
Unbelievable poor quality of service at 5 minutes until 8 PM on a Saturday night Oct 2022, they politely but clearly told me and... a few other people inside the lobby that they're closing the lobby due to short on staff thus nicely kicking us out. It'sgetting worse and worse while regular customers just take it... And on top of it outside temperature is around 65°F and insidethe AC is blowing full force at around 68-70°F... where is the logic in that?? Except maybe to keep the customers uncomfortableso they can get out and not stick around for too long... I'm amazed how come not many other people are speaking out in thereviews about this type of low quality service... I'm not going to come back to this location ever... as a buyer I reserve theright to spend my money someplace else... Read more
