Of three McDonald?s I visit, this one seems to have the best food quality. BUT? I cannot give it five stars but there are some... serious issues. I came here because the wait times for another McDonalds was abysmal. Last week, the special requests of twosandwiches I ordered were completely overlooked (it?s upsetting to discover this after you have driven away, given that specialrequests can incur additional costs). I understand making a mistake for one. But for both? Today, at lunch, I went inpersonally because the car lanes were overwhelmed. I used the opportunity to speak to a manager. After politely hearing me out,he entered my order personally ? but forgot my fries. While I waited, different customers next to me had different challenges.One was livid with his order taker repeatedly misinterpreting his order. With another, his order had bern fixed but incorrectlyso. And another pointed out that milk had gone bad ? certainly concerning if a child were to drink it. The manager showed graceunder multiple fire. However, despite it leading with enjoyable food quality, this branch lags in correct order fulfillment. Iwould encourage any level of management to, please, look into revisiting employee training. There is a lot of lost potentialhere. Customers are clearly upset. This McDonald?s is my local favorite. This is the nearest mcd?s and while they do get pretty darn busy sometimes I think that is because they are at such a convenient... location and offer reliable McD?s. I have never had a bad experience with this McDonalds and whenever I?ve had to wait they havegiven me a coupon/voucher. No complaints Read more
Constantly order off doordash and almost every single time there is something incorrect or missing. I don?t know how hard it is... but apparently very. The amount of times I ordered extra of something and got 0 of that item is baffling. I've been to this Mcdonalds many times. Their fries have almost always been nice and hot. I have yet to have a bad experience at... this location, which says a lot for it being a Mcdonalds. Don't expect Chic Fil A level service or accuracy, but for Mcdonaldsthis is probably the best you can get. Read more
This was a night mare...I went inside to order because the drive thru line was terrible... there was no one at the counter and ... drive through and door dash orders were more important...two cashiers went to the counter where I was standing and never onceacknowledged me...after a 20 minute wait someone finally took my order which was a small order...it took me another 20 minutewait to get my food. The whole time I'm watching their workings...manager long super long Grey curly hair..no hair net orponytail...handling food...drive thru girl skinny brown super long hair was in a pony tail but was running her hands through herhair above two mcflurries with open tops! Mind you none of those two handling the food had gloves..anyone who walked into ordercouldn't even get help! The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Will never go there again!
