I have visited this location at least 20 times. It is usually on point, the last visit was not good however. The order was 45... minutes late and once I got home I realized 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered were wrong. Again this was one time and they were verybusy so it's still 4 stars for me. Read more

Went in there today 10/31 any they were super busy. Still the staff did a great job hammered out the orders with a smile.

Bartlett Rd store was under staffed. The little staff they had were very slow and unorganized. Desperately need a leader! My... pizza was done 45 minutes later then scheduled. Staff didnt care. Sad! Read more

Ordered online and picked up in store. The employees were very nice and the store was clean. I?m sure the order was on time but... I wouldn?t know because I was late picking it up. Pizzas were delicious and looked stellar. Highly recommend this location! Read more

I have ordered pizza here before and the pizza was great. However, my son went in to apply for a job and the manager hired him... on the spot. He was told to come in on Wednesday to sign paperwork with the manager and he was in a meeting and told him to comeback Friday. So he did and was told the manager was out of the store taking a nap. My son called several times after that to getpaperwork done and be put on the schedule and they never called him back. Not cool to do to a 16 year old who just wants towork. Absolutely horrible customer service. They have a sign up saying other pizza is on sale for a certain price. I asked the girl... working to honor the price And she tells me that she cannot do that. I explain to her that if you have the sign up you shouldhonor it as part of good customer service and she refused to do so so I told her I would talk to the manager the next day whichis today and I called him and explained it to him and he said the sign is no longer up. Explain to him that I have a picture ofthe sign and what happened yesterday and Asked if he would please honor the price and he said no because the signs are longerup.
