So I wouldn't judge it with Italian's standards. I mean, it's an American pizza chain, and I enjoyed my experience. Ordered 2... large pizzas with different toppings and crusts, 8 boneless wings and cheese sticks. Picked up everything piping hot 15 minafter the order was placed. Clean place. Pizza Hut i would like for you to know my 3 year old daughter was very upset to know i had to cancel her order, she was so... excited to eat pizza from you. I ordered online, It said 25-35 minutes,a usual wait time. I waited about an hour and finallycalled. Michelle i believe that how you spell her name, answered the phone. I told her i made a online delivery order but beforei could finish i was rudely interrupted and told all online order are 2 hours. I went to tell her when i placed the order itsaid 25-35 minutes. But again i was interrupted and told she was the only one in the restaurant, which i understand, i went totell her it was fine but again was interrupted and asked what i wanted to do about the order. I asked for a manager because theattitude was not needed, but Michelle is apparently one of your manager's. I told her i was surprised because of the attitudeshe gives her guest and said id like to cancel the order, she than told someone to cancel the order when she told me she was byherself and than hangs up. Bought the spicy lovers pizza, didn?t look anything like the pictures, but nothing ever does. Then after looking it up I just... realized they made it wrong. I guess it?s supposed to come with two kinds of pepperoni, red chiles and red pepper flakes. I justgot an ordinary pepperoni pizza with slightly spicier sauce. Our Detroit pizza did not come with any sauce on top, making it difficult to eat. We called and had to sit on hold numerous... times to get it resolved. They were nice about it and had another one delivered but by the time we got it the other pizzas werecold and kind of ruined the experience. I have ordered from Pizza Hut at Ustick and Ten Mile frequently over the last few year. The food is always prepared well and... quickly. On the RARE occasion that there is a mistake on my order, they always apply a credit to my account or remake the pizzano questions asked. Plus the staff, including the drivers, are always friendly and professional. Read more
The delivery and delivery driver was fantastic however, my pizza arrived cold which made the crust chewy. I ordered a thin... crust pizza with extra cheese, chicken, bacon, and pineapple but the bacon and extra cheese were missing. Overall, I amdisappointed in the quality of the food I received.
