Terrible wait time and service! I went through the drive-thru and ordered (4 items), paid, and after a couple minutes I was... asked to pull forward and told my order would be brought out to me in 2-3 minutes. I waited for OVER 12 MINUTES until I assumedthey forgot about me. I had to go inside the restaurant (I have 2 toddlers-super inconvenient which is why I was trying to usethe drive-thru). By this time it had been about 15 minutes since I ordered. I started to explain that I was still waiting frommy order 15 minutes prior and the (assumed) manager barely turns around to tell me "the sandwich is coming now." No apologiesfrom him, barely an acknowledgment to me or the fact that I had been waiting for 15 minutes (when I was quoted 2-3) -apparentlyfor 1 sandwich! My fam and I will not be going back here. Terrible customer service from girl with brown hair and who wears black framed glasses grey collared shirt . Completely ignored... me for the first 3 minutes I was waiting at the register and then a few people walked in after wards and she helped the peoplewho came in after me first. Very rude. I hate leaving negative reviews anywhere, especially for places I like! Waited over 20 minutes at the window just to order food... with only a single car ahead of me, before deciding to back out of the line and leave. I know staffing is a challenge right now,but it'd be courteous to put up a sign notifying customers of long wait times. Read more
