Terrible wait time and service! I went through the drive-thru and ordered (4 items), paid, and after a couple minutes I was... asked to pull forward and told my order would be brought out to me in 2-3 minutes. I waited for OVER 12 MINUTES until I assumedthey forgot about me. I had to go inside the restaurant (I have 2 toddlers-super inconvenient which is why I was trying to usethe drive-thru). By this time it had been about 15 minutes since I ordered. I started to explain that I was still waiting frommy order 15 minutes prior and the (assumed) manager barely turns around to tell me "the sandwich is coming now." No apologiesfrom him, barely an acknowledgment to me or the fact that I had been waiting for 15 minutes (when I was quoted 2-3) -apparentlyfor 1 sandwich! My fam and I will not be going back here. If I wanted to wait that long, I wouldn't have gone for "fast" food. Read more

Terrible customer service from girl with brown hair and who wears black framed glasses grey collared shirt . Completely ignored... me for the first 3 minutes I was waiting at the register and then a few people walked in after wards and she helped the peoplewho came in after me first. Very rude. I hate leaving negative reviews anywhere, especially for places I like! Waited over 20 minutes at the window just to order food... with only a single car ahead of me, before deciding to back out of the line and leave. I know staffing is a challenge right now,but it'd be courteous to put up a sign notifying customers of long wait times. Read more
I just spent $35 for the most aweful chicken ever! First off I ordered chicken strips and didn't get 1 chicken strip. I got a... leg, wing, and I'm not even sure what the other thing was. To top it off the chicken was sooo cold and hard we couldn't biteinto it. Fries were cold and hard This place SUCKS! Just went to the Fairview location. Most everything g we asked for they said they were out of- Cajan spice for example. We drive... off- about 22.00 for two orders. We get to the park and it's cold, there were no forks or utensils and we didn't get the twosauces we ordered. I've been trying to call them for 10 minutes as I'm mad and would like to drive back for a fresh completeorder and they won't answer. Rotten service. Bad employees. On 6/22/21, I finally got to try Popeye?s famous Chicken Sandwich ($3.99). I tried to get one when they first put them on the... menu as a special in 2019, but they were sold out. I tried a second time a couple of months later, but they were no longeravailable. Third time is a charm! Fast food isn?t my favorite, hence the reason it took me 2 years to try this sandwich. Of thefast food chicken sandwiches I have tried, this is indeed the best. It?s got that winning combination of a good sized portion offried chicken that is crispy but not greasy, a soft, buttery brioche bun with just a hint of sweetness, a good quality picklethat you get a taste of in every bite, and just enough Mayo to tie it all together. decent food but absolutely the worst service ever. Expect every single order at the drive through to take 5-10 minutes each,... EVERY TIME. It's been bad the last few times I went but after today I had to leave a review. Popeyes your employees areextremely slow, unprofessional with 0 greetings or thanks. They always forget sauce so ask last when youre at the window.
