This really saddens me as I used to LOVE Qdoba...however since 2020, the squeeze from increased "freshmex" competition and labor... problems have terminally injured this business. Food has been AWFUL for atleast the last 2 yrs. I really hope they figure itout, but more and more this looks like a pipe dream, I had to walk out before ordering recently because not only have theydiscontinued some of the best items on their menu, but they also had food sitting in warmers that looked like it was 8+ hoursold...steak that looked like it was turning into ground beef and chicken that was dried out to a crisp. Food was good, but the staff leave a lot to be dedired. They were less than professional or wanting to help. They got my wife's... order and her friends order wrong. When they told them what happened, they literally just looked at her with this combo of derpand we don't care. Needless to say, won't be back but we did get our money back. Read more
This is the portion size I was given. It was about 6 bites worth of food for $10.55. I ate at a normal pace and it was gone in... literally 3 minutes. What has this world come to? Not a manager on site and two inexperienced high school girls that didn?t knowthe spices or seasonings in the meat. What a joke! My experience was less than pleasing. I came in at a out 8pm and the floor had just been mopped and there was water everywhere,... not a slight amount, but clear from a mop that was oversaturated. They were out of more than a few of the options includingsteak. The team was friendly, but not attentive. There was simply a lack of standards at this location. The most displeasing ofall was a used glove on the cashier area customer facing. This place has all the making of a great fast food offering it of theywork to improve their standards and cleanliness. We went at about 6:30 at night and it was HOT in the dining room. It felt like at least 80 degrees so we decided to take it to... go instead of eating inside. The staff was friendly, but they rolled my burrito with a ripped tortilla so stuff is falling outall over the place. Not much attention to quality it seems. Read more
