RUDE MGR. Wanted to give me the scraps of meat left in the tin. I asked for fresh and he refused! What kind of customer service... is that? He also said he was the ?Boss.? He also said this loudly in front of people standing there ordering and ready to order.Well ?BOSS,? your store and Subway just lost out on a regular customer who patronizes Subway for the last 12 years 3-4 times aweek! DON?T GO HERE! If it weren?t for the High School crowd they wouldn?t be busy at all. Tho only good thing I can say isthat the lady that works lunch has always been sweet and kind. We arrived at 9:07 am( they list they open @9am)and waited over 20 min just to have the worker in the store not acknowledge us... and or just to let us know what was going on. We got tired of waiting for whoever to open the store, so we left. A littlecourtesy goes a long way! Disappointed!!! Read more

Went to wash my hands before I ate. No paper towels. Immediately, let the young lady at the front counter know that the men's... restroom had no paper towels. She acknowledged. After eating my meal, went back to wash my hands before leaving. Still no papertowels. It's not like they were busy. I was the only customer at the time. The two employees were just sitting in the back. Verydisappointed that they didn't take care of the matter. I had to get paper napkins at the front counter to dry my hands. Read more

Sandwich was ok, but i enjoyed the drink options besides the soda. Not a lot of seating.

Very disappointed. Ordered the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado. After seeing the limp and apparently undercooked bacon, we asked if... we could substitute more turkey for the bacon. The server declined saying they have to charge for everything. Then we realizedthere was no avocado on the sandwich. Too late to do anything about that. It's a shame the workers are not given the flexibilityto make adjustments on the fly rather than being held to overly strict policies. Happy customers are repeat customers. Just onemore reason Subway is our last resort place for a quick meal. Read more

I ordered a ham and cheese ?melt?. Supposed to be a grilled (not just toasted) sandwich. Placed the order 10 min before I got... there. It was cold, obviously not toasted/or grilled. (The meat was barely warmed). Supposed to have 3x cheese, there were 4triangles, and it was soggy. I tried to bring to their attention so they could grill it for me, and was told ?it was toasted? ?no sir, it wasnt, it is currently in my oven. Why could you not have just retoasted it? You didnt give me what I ordered inany mail ay shape or form. Its not that hard to actually try to do things right. Read more

Our family frequents this location and never have any complaints. We stopped in today to grab lunch around 1:30 and from the... time we got there until the time we finished our food and left, there was a steady line to the door. The two young employeesworking did an incredible job working through the orders in a timely fashion and neither one appeared stressed or anxious, theywere definitely understaffed given the amount of customers they had but they handled everything great!
