I asked for extra beef pot crunch wrap and actually got less beef than normal works out pretty well for Taco Bell.
This place is a joke. They also forgot ingredients on our food and forgot an iteam for our order. The soda is not mixed well and... it taste more like flavored water. Read more
Can?t complain about the price, but service is SO SLOW. I visit during off hours, when there is no one in the store or in the... drive through lane, yet it still takes 6+ employees at least 4 to minutes to acknowledge my existence, and another 5 to assemblemy simple order. They sit around a ?drink table?, dedicated to themselves. If you?re ownership and reading this, I?d suggestsome adjustments. Read more
Worst run fast food restaurant of all time. They can't even turn the menus for the current time of day, it also isn't hard to do... that when you close the night before so you are prepared for the next morning. They never seem to be able to order what theyneed to run their restaurant or get ingredients prepared no matter what day of the week it is. The car in front of of me wastold they didn't have some ingredients ready for something and it would be an hour and a half before they could get it ready. Iimmediately pulled up after the car left and they acted like there was nothing wrong until I specifically asked what theprevious car had tried to order to make sure I wasn't going to have an issue as well. Taco Bell Eagle Overland! What a robbery, what a humiliation of clients. I see all kinds of things these days, but this... restaurant is a disaster. If you order beef, you actually only get salad in tortillas; if you order chicken, you get onlysalad. And it's not just that everything is cold, there is no hot sandwich, everything is prepared a few hours before and thenthey are so vividly shaken into the tortillas. Of course, you often get what you didn't order at all. I wonder if the owner isthat hungry, so just give it to him, or really, I wonder how you survive, who is it that buys food from you. We can all wanderinto your restaurant once, but not for sure. Shameful, what a humiliation of people. Read more
I do ubereats and have been to many Taco Bell's. So far I have seen them have about 4 plus employees working. they all are... moving so i assume they are working or at least look like they are lol. But today I went to this place and as i waited, Inoticed there were only 2 employees working one at the window and the other was the cook They did fantastic, work great as ateam and were quick! I was so amazed to see the cook do what I normally seen 4 plus people do! Especially because it was busy!Thank you both for holding down the fort!! Read more
Food was great the service was slower in the drive through but it was dinner rush so can't really say it was Taco Bell's fault... or the location since it is a highly populated area.
