This place is never open during the hours listed. I come after work. It?s 10:15pm. Hours state the drive thru is open until... 12am. There are people in the building. But they are closed. Ordered a pair of double steak grilled cheese burritos and found that there only were three small pieces of steak in each. This... is utterly ridiculous to name this menu item as "double" anything. Here's a photo of the second burrito that we opened up toinspect after failing to find any meat in the first half of mine. This warrants a refund for this item. Read more
This location just never has it together. For some reason they charged us more than listed on the menu for meals. Then the... chalupa had the texture of a stale cracker rather than the delicious buttery crunch it should have. The tomatoes looked fine butthey tasted like mold! It's such a convenient location but it's almost never a positive experience, just drive to one of themany other locations that can figure it out. Read more

Got home to E Boise to discover that not only did they... not put ANY of sauce that they asked me if I'd like in the box, but the Crunch wrap supreme I'd ordered was also missing! I just moved into the area and I do love myself a chalupa. I've been here about three times and every time the guy at the window... has been so polite and patient, (dare i say friendly), and friendly! When I get to the window I'm surprised to see it's ateenager. They must have good management because these kids are definitely standing out from other people their age in this typeof industry. They have a positive attitude and are attentive, as if they actually want to serve us what we would like and havethe freedom to do so. Read more
