We were immediately greeted when we walked in, we were allowed to seat ourselves wherever we wanted. I watched several other... groups of people walk in while we were there and everyone was greeted in less than 30 seconds. Within two minutes of sittingdown Our server had greeted us and brought us coffee. Our coffee was hot and fresh! It was not bitter or sour at all! Almost assoon as we were done looking at the menu our server was back to take our order. Our food arrived very quickly! Our coffee cupswere only empty once. Our food was great! Served very hot, cooked to an expert consistency, the eggs were not overcooked, theingredients inside were soft and cooked well. They were able to get me a gluten free pancake in substitute of the regulartoast. The staff was friendly, we were checked on by more than just our server, it genuinely felt like they wanted us to have agreat experience. And they delivered! I will definitely eat here again, as busy as it was they still made our experience great! Read more
I wish they had a location in my home town, The Griddle has the very best Country (chicken) fried steak EVER! I never had... anything else from here, but they're always busy, so that says something. Read more

Omgoodness. I love this place. The staff is so sweet and on top of everything. They refilled my coffee before I even thought... to ask. The food is fresh and delicious. The place was really noisy. Our waitress was friendly and kind. I ordered a make your omelet. I ordered cheese, spinach, onions... and mushrooms. Had to pay more for the cheese. When I got the omelet it was small and the veggies were cut up so small you couldhardly tell what it was. It was a whitest yellow in color and a odd shaped like it was poured into a mold and microwaved. Theyput the toast on the plate to make the plate look filled. The hash browns were also a small portion. My hubby ordered thechicken fried steak. He took about two bites and left it. The biscuits and gravy weren't good either. However he did eat thehash browns and eggs. We paid $38.00 for alot of food left on the table. We won't be back. Read more
