Very unhappy with my curbside experience. I do not recommend if you have children. I ordered curbside because I had my kids in... the car and two of them are under 2. I was unable to haul my babies with carseats into the store and also carry out food. So Ifigured I'd order curbside since that's a convenient option. BOY WAS I WRONG. I showed up early for my order and checked in. Iwaited nearly 30 minutes and kept getting messages saying your order will be out shortly. So I waited. I then attempted to callthe store to find out what was going on. During my attempt to call the store I was directed to download the habit app, which wasvery unhelpful and inconvenient. I just needed to speak to a person. As I became impatient I sent my oldest child who is 12 intothe store to ask about our order as I could not leave two babies in the car. He waited in line for nearly another 5 minutesbefore anyone attended him. When they finally got to him they grabbed our bag of food from the pickup area. It had been readyfor pickup and was sitting for a while. No one had attempted to deliver it to my vehicle. When we received our food the burgers& fries were cold. The buns were soggy and we couldnt eat our burgers because the buns tore apart. Besides the food, the ice inour drinks melted and were watered down. After this unpleasant experience I highly do not recommend and do not plan on wastingmy money for such a poor experience. Read more
Love my Habit.. This is the new summer grilled peach chicken salad.. Uhm! This is heaven! ???? Shakes, burgers like teriyaki... with grilled pineapple, sweet potato fries.. Amazing customer service! Food was quick, customer service was kind and real (down to Earth), the mushroom burger was to die for, and the fries were... salted perfectly. The Hit List is a clean restaurant & the kids who served us (I believe they were the owners sons) were extremely polite. The... food was basically good but the pulled pork sandwich was a little dry, my friends cheeseburger (advertised as cheeseburger witthgrilled onions) was only a beef patty on a bun with maybe 3 tiny pieces of diced onion, no condiments, lettuce or tomato for acost of $9. My other friend got the meatball sandwich which she said had the taste of pastrami in it. I really wanted to supporta local establishment but it is a little too pricey for me. I wish them all the success & think people should try it & come totheir own conclusions. Read more
Huge success on date night at Habit Burger! Everything was fresh, hot, and just how we orderedit. Small detail, but sure is... nice to be at a place that allows pumping of Ketchup and special sauce, all I wanted! Read more

I like the Habit very much, but I am only giving 3 stars mainly because the cooks were not paying attention. I asked for no... pickles in my burger, and my receipt indicated that. However, the cook chose to load it up with pickles anyway. I also orderedbacon on the burger. No bacon. The manager offered to make me a new one, but I just asked him to get me a couple of strips andbring it to my table. Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but customer service rates high with me. I will return, andhopefully, they can get the order right. Read more
