So upset with the service this morning. This has been a favorite for awhile now, but unfortunately today was so bad I won?t be... going back. I order a weird drink. It?s not hard, but it?s not normal and I know that. But I?ve talked to staff and they havesaid it?s fine, not hard, just funny. It?s literally coffee, ice and whipping cream blended. The texture comes out weird, butit?s what I can have and I enjoy it. Today I ordered and when I got to the window I was told I couldn?t have that. I explainedthat I know the texture is funny, but it?s fine. I was told again no, but we can give you this other thing instead. I again saidI know it?s going to be a weird texture but I get it here all the time. Again I was met with no. They don?t have a button forit? they can?t charge me for it? keep in mind I?ve already paid. In the meantime they also have asked me how to make mydaughters drink, which is a normal drink item, but with sugar free. I told them I don?t know, however you would. It is AWFUL! Sothat went in the trash. We?ve now been there 16 minutes and they are still refusing to make my drink and offering me things Idon?t want and can?t have. I?m going to be late at this point. So I ask for my money back. I?m told no and offered anotherrandom thing. I ask for the second time for my money back because I need to go. I?m then told they are just going to make mydrink how I wanted it. Another 3 minutes later I?m finally leaving. And not ever coming back. Absolutely the worst start to myday. My drink was exactly what I wanted though. 19 minutes and a lot of arguing later. But my daughter doesn?t have a drinkbecause it?s gross.
