Going to the Sunrise Cafe will require waiting because of the crowd of people. It?s worth the wait and of breakfast choice. ... Plates are generous portions, thick sliced sour dough bread and the home fried potatoes are slightly spicy which I liked.Service was quick and plenty of servers and cooks. Definitely would recommend. My hubby and I went to Sunrise Cafe today. What a cute place. It's like stepping back in history. The food was fantastic and our... waiter Manny was so helpful and kind. We will absolutely come back again. They offer a good meal with lots of selections andprices are good. Our breakfast for two was $30.00. Great staff & delicious food. The menu options alone will blow your mind. Most breakfast plates come with 7 choices to pick... from. Every Saturday, our company buys the office lunch. Today, we ordered 13 to-go orders for the office, and they forgot 3 of our... orders. When we noticed and contacted them, they argued with us about the missing orders. We then had to ask them to remakethem, and drive all the way back to Meridian from Garden City to pick them up. Meanwhile, the quality of the food is awful. Wespent over $170 today, and sadly, had to throw most of it away. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants and we will notgo back. I'm including pictures of the hard and old cheese, the burnt French toast, and the steak that smelled rotten. Sad. Read more
Great experience! Yummy food and coffee. Our hostess Alexis greeted us with a smile and was kind and welcoming even though we... arrived at a busy time. Our waitress Ana was very sweet. She was friendly and attentive. Ana kept our coffee cups full. She waseven kind enough to accommodate our request for whip cream on our coffee which made my day. Tasty traditional eggs Benedict w/side of biscuit & sausage gravy. A bit more sausage in the gravy would have been better but... the biscuit was quite nice. Very filling brunch stick-to-the-ribs meal in an old feel cafe vibe. I liked it but won't hurryback and will sample other places. Read more
